*Appraisal Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM PT. Appraisal orders placed after hours or over the weekend will be assigned the next business day.
**Payment must be entered or requested from the borrower when ordering the appraisal, orders cannot be processed until the borrower has signed the intent to proceed and the payment has been received.
